Third Party Inspection

Construction Supervision Services
Construction Supervision means continuous oversight, inspection, and coordination of the Work in a timely, professional, competent manner to ensure compliance with the approved construction documents, contract documents, applicable regulations, project schedule, and all other applicable requirements. A Crane Inspection must be under the supervision of a competent authority and should not be erected in a weather condition likely to affect its ability.
Lifting Equipment Inspection
The lifting Equipment Inspection Team shall inspect the lifting equipment and maintain a record for all devices subject to inspection/survey by an internal or external agency. It is the responsibility of the user department to carry out the routine inspection of the lifting equipment before every use. However, the user can request the Inspection team to inspect any equipment whose reliability is doubtful.

RBI means prioritized risk inspection and is a sound integrity plan if coupled with a Management of Change (MOC) program and the equipment operating within the integrity Operating Window (IOW). Normally, Inspection costs and risks are reduced by implementing an RBI approach but reducing inspection cost is not the prime concern of RBI.
